We are seeking a skilled Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for bench testing, repairing, and overhauling components. You will interpret test data, disassemble, clean, inspect, generate replacement item lists, determine repairable items, and assemble items. Understanding the reasons for failure and the process flow for bench testing and repairs is essential. You will estimate the man-hours required to complete tasks and determine unit serviceability, all while being familiar with FAA-approved data relevant to the unit.

• Bench test, repair, or overhaul components.
• Interpret test data.
• Disassemble, clean, inspect, and generate replacement item lists.
• Determine repairable items and assemble components.
• Identify reasons for failure.
• Understand the process flow for bench testing and repair.
• Estimate man-hours required for task completion.
• Determine unit serviceability.

• Proficiency in repair, mechanical work, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with hand tools.
• Strong mechanical inclination.
• Knowledge of aircraft and aviation assembly and repair.

• Ability to recognize units by part number.
• Familiarity with unit operations.
• Proper use of required tools and test equipment.
• Knowledge of the disassembly and assembly sequence of components.
• Understanding applicable regulations and customer/manufacturer requirements associated with components.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
