Our distribution partners, the agents, are mainly looking for guidance regarding flight schedules, products, pricing, ticketing procedures or group offers. The Sales Support Agents have a key role in promoting our products & services and are first line Air Canada ambassadors. The incumbent will assist our Key Account Managers and Country Manager in selected commercial activities.
Responsibilities: Support to our Key Account Agents and Customers in the LATAM region, with a particular focus on Argentina.Provide support to Consolidators, OTA, TMC and TO.Groups Reservations & Ticketing.Handle individual PNR and ticket.Being update with Air Canada ticket policy and rules.Review & distribution of B2B Flash information.Prepare and release our promotional fares.Benchspaning with OAL.Prepare sales reports from several sources.Figures tracking – Sales statistics analysis.Preparation & updates of product presentations for the Sales Team.Preparation of figures and data to support review meetings and sales strategic decisions.Assisting the Sales Team in outside activities, e.g. roadshows, trade fairs and product presentations, as well as handling day-to-day office management responsibilities.Coordination of sales events.Quote with vendors materials for Sales Department.Handling/follow up with various AC invoices form vendors.BSP duties as manage ticket authority, review invoices with their remuneration.
QualificationsTourism, Marketing, Admin. diploma/degree/in course.Sales support & reservations/ticketing experience preferably with airline or tourism industry.Good knowledge of Amadeus.Strong knowledge of Windows and MS office.Excellent work ethic and positive team spirit.Good customer focus.Adaptability and Flexibility.Good results orientation.Good analytical skills.Good organizing skills.Good writing skills.Ability to work full time.Must be willing to travel and work at night, weekend and holiday when requested.Right to live and work in Mexico
